As an organizational psychologist, evolutionary executive coach, and ordained interspiritual minister, I support visionary leaders who are ready to lead from the soul. With more than two decades of experience guiding purpose-driven organizations to align their inner truth with outer impact, I founded Earthseed as both a learning sanctuary and a movement—for those committed to healing, transformation, and soulful change.

That's why Earthseed donates 5% of our profits to support mutual aid, community initiatives, and groups making a real difference. The causes we support are guided by the needs we see in our work together.
The Meaning of the Name Earthseed
The name Earthseed was inspired by Parable of the Sower, a visionary novel by Octavia Butler, exploring transformation, justice, adaptability, and spiritual evolution in an unraveling society. Just as Earthseed in the novel emerges in a time of breakdown to plant new seeds of life, our organization exists to cultivate a new paradigm of leadership—one that is bold, inclusive, soul-rooted, and transformational.
